We offer free shipping on all orders, worldwide. No minimum order. No hidden fees. What you see is what you pay.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Ireland & UK: 7–12 business days
Europe: 10–14 business days
USA, Canada & Australia: 10–18 business days
Rest of World: 12–20 business days

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Returns & Refunds

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your VITA purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging
Proof of purchase is required

How to Return

Email us at support@vita.com with your order number and reason for return
We will confirm your return request within 1-2 business days
Pack your item securely and send it to the return address provided
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at support@vita.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — including return shipping.
